Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address.

Because every piece in The Vault is one-of-a-kind vintage, all sales are final. We want you to be completely confident in your purchase, so please review all product details, dimensions, and condition notes carefully before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us within 48 hours at hello@thevaultgold.com and we will make it right.

To keep your vintage and pre-loved gold looking its best, store it in a dry place and avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. A soft polishing cloth is all you need.
